do you ever fantasize about the future of Nick and Charlie like besides their separate short story with Nick about to go off to college and everything, what else do you see for them in the ~future~?
I love thinking about what my characters get up to in the future! I think Nick gets into semi-pro rugby for a little while before becoming a primary school teacher (and does rugby coaching), while Charlie goes into book publishing and becomes a fancy London worker. They get an apartment together! They get a golden retriever puppy called Daisy! And eventually, kids! I love thinking about Charlie introducing Nick has his fiancé, or Nick telling his students about his husband :)
I’ve said this before but my dad went to highschool with Andre Braugher AKA Captain Raymond Holt. My dad still has his yearbooks around the house so these are freshman, sophomore, and senior year.
